Visitor shelters: £10,000 ·
Whitelee Wind Farm, at the time of writing the largest array of wind turbines in Europe, is reviewing the provision of shelters for walkers and visitors out on the moorland amongst these behemoths. We have been working in liaison with the Local Authorities and Scottish Power to verify both the need for and the potential character of such shelters, where they might be, how they should be formed and assembled on their remote sites.
