Wilson-MacDonald House

Bespoke aluminium framed windows in Pollokshields, Glasgow.jpg

An existing collection of utilitarian accommodation to the side and rear of a handsome Victorian mansion within a conservation area house is replaced with new sitting and breakfasting spaces.

Externally, the new work is treated as either solid and dark or transparent and glassy and is separated from the existing by a glazed link. Internally the spaces contain both snug-like and more open characteristics.
