Dyer House

A new architect-designed house in Falkirk with stone walls, timber cladding and bespoke timber framed windows and doors.jpg

A long timber structure on a plinth of stone is anchored allowing it to sit modestly alongside its neighbour with an uncluttered silhouette.

Climbing from a cluster of guest bedrooms cosily fitted within the plinth, the living spaces above are arranged along a long glazed terrace which hangs above the garden.

Highly insulated, it combines geothermal and solar power and recycled materials.
