If you are a ‘first time’ client and have never worked with an architect nor built anything before, you will have many, many questions. In fact, you may even be uncertain about what the right questions are to ask! We understand how you feel because almost all our clients have been first time clients.

Explain when an architect is needed and when not, and when and how an engineer or contractor is involved.
Highlight what a realistic budget might be.
